Amazomel with its support from the NTFP foundation, regularly visits bee-keeping partner communities, even in the most remote locations of the Amazon. Special support is aimed at teenagers and the elderly, with the purpose of giving them a prospect of local income without destroying the primary forest.
We are currently active in Caicubi (RR), in the region of Maués (AM) and Urucará (AM) and its neighboring communities. Our base is located in Iranduba (AM), near Manaus, where we also support local bee-keepers.
